Important: If there are outstanding bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal of bonus funds is not permitted until those requirements are fully met. Your personal deposit balance is not affected by bonus wagering requirements.

Megavip users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure without any compensation.
Actions to be taken: Serious violations may result in a report to the relevant authorities, in addition to account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Users may close their account at any time by contacting the megavip customer support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, or the bonus will be forfeited, and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days.
Megavip reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, system abuse, violation of these terms, or illegal activity. In such cases, all account balances may be held pending investigation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, megavip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gambling activity, service disruptions, or technical errors.
Users acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk and that they choose to use megavip's services at their own risk and discretion. megavip provides responsible gaming tools and encourages users to use them to avoid unintended losses.
